About Arthroscopy

Arthroscopy is a minimally invasive surgical procedure performed by surgeons belonging to the Orthopaedics fraternity when they are supposed to treat issues with the joints. The Arthroscopy procedure is primarily performed to visualize, diagnose and treat problems within a joint.

Why Arthroscopy is Required?

Arthroscopy allows the surgeons to see inside a joint without making a large incision and they can repair joint damages during the Arthroscopy procedure. The most primary reason why Arthroscopy is suggested is to get a confirmed diagnosis of the problem in the joint and to correct that problem.

Arthroscopy is mainly done to easily and correctly examine the amount of damage caused to a joint and be able to perform the right procedure to solve the problem.
